Refund and Cancellations Policy

  1. Before any purchase, we expect the purchaser to be fully aware of the price, offers, and after-sales service. And we make every effort to explain it to the prospects to give them a clear idea of everything included including the validity of the access.
  2. We refund only within 10 days of purchase of the Services, and that too in cases where you watched the recorded courses fully or consumed the service fully AND you are not satisfied or find that this is not as communicated during the offer. The refund is processed through a payment gateway when still possible technically, otherwise, bank transfer or other suitable modes of payment are chosen.
  3. In case you did not intend to purchase the product or service and paid us by accident OR the offer was not clear and you misunderstood it; you need to request a refund within 24 hours from such purchase.
  4. In the case of third-party products and services, the refund and cancellation policies of the third party would be in effect and apply. This website would not have any role in that.
  5. To request a refund, send an email within 24 hours of purchase to [email protected], along with the payment details/receipt.
  6. Refund processing takes time. Refund once initiated, takes between 5-7 days of time to get reverted. It involves verification of the details received in the email against the payment we received and the actual refund initiation. It may take up to 15 days to reach the payment source. We may ask for additional information in certain cases when there is an information mismatch.
  7. When a refund is provided, all the service or product commitments against that payment stand void. All the relevant access to the product/service will cease to exist.

Cancellations Policy

One can choose to cancel the services taken from us at any point in time, voluntarily, but no refund is provided in that case.

In cases like community rules violations, and data misuse, unsolicited outreach to any other members, we may stop giving you committed services if your behavior impacts the greater interest of the business and the privacy/safety of the other customers who are availing the service. No refund is provided in such cases.
